How long until I receive my order?

Most orders will arrive in 2-3 weeks, due to the ongoing situations with the Covid-19. We are working harder than ever during these times and are ensuring you'll receive your order.

Once produced, it will be shipped out via USPS First Class Mail. 

Our unique relationship with suppliers allows us to offer direct shipping from the factory, cutting costs and environmental impact dramatically. 

When will I receive my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number as soon as the delivery company has picked the item from the warehouse. It can take anywhere between 7-10 business days.

I've received my order, and it's in damaged. What shall I do?

On the rare occasion of damaged product, please contact our support team at info@herojewel.co, provide us with proof of damage, confirm your order number and we'll find ways to ensure that you're satisfied.

I've ordered my jewellery, but I want to cancel. What shall I do?

If you would like to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing your order, please email us and we can complete this for you. For durations over 48 hours, we will not be able to cancel your order, as creation of your piece will already be complete.
